Bonus sessions included with the 20-pack and 30-pack are a standard feature and not exclusive to this Sale. These are part of the regular offering for these packs.

Clients purchasing these packs during the Sale will not receive additional bonus sessions beyond what is already included in the standard offer.

Eligibility: Available only to clients who purchase a 10, 20, or 30 Session Pack during the Jumpstart January Sale (5–17 January 2026).

Requirement: Attend and complete at least 10 paid sessions in January 2026 (1–31 January).

Application: The extra 5% discount will be credited toward the next pack purchase, valid for use by 28 February 2026.

Tracking: Attendance tracked via Mindbody; only completed sessions count (no late cancels or no-shows).

Non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be combined with other offers.

Discount expires if not used by deadline (28/02/26); no cash value.

All purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase.

Discounts cannot be applied to sessions already purchased or used retroactively.

All sessions purchased under the Sale will have an expiry of 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Unused sessions after the expiry date will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

The sale does not apply to registration fees, merchandise, or one-off workshops.

Training sessions and promotional benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser or designated account holder.

Purchases made during the Flash Sale are refundable for unused services only.

Refund requests will be reviewed by Fitness Energy management.

The standard session cancellation policy applies to all sessions purchased during the Flash Sale.

The Sale pricing is offered as a one-time promotion and will not be available after [8pm 17/01/2026].

Availability of trainers, sessions, and fitness assessments is subject to scheduling and capacity. Fitness Energy reserves the right to adjust schedules based on demand.

Fitness Energy reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be applied to future purchases and will not affect already completed transactions.

Fitness Energy assumes no liability for participants or their guests arising from participation in the Sale, training sessions, or rewards offered.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their health and fitness levels are suitable for participating in training programs.

Any injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring outside Fitness Energy’s direct supervision are not the responsibility of Fitness Energy.

Fitness Energy expects all clients and participants to engage with trainers, staff, and other clients in a respectful and professional manner.

Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in termination of participation in the Flash Sale and other Fitness Energy programs without a refund.

Fitness Energy is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of all personal information provided during the Flash Sale.

Personal data collected during the Flash Sale will be used solely for program administration and communication purposes.

Fitness Energy will not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Clients have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting Fitness Energy management.
