Welcome to Fitness Energy's Youth Athlete
Development Program. Our program is designed to assist youth athletes in their sporting development through evidence-based individual training programs and a mentorship program that provides personal advice to the athletes and their parents. The following terms and conditions govern your use of the program and your participation in the training and mentorship services provided by Fitness Energy.

1. Description of the program.
The program is an ongoing coaching and mentorship program run by Fitness Energy to assist youth athletes in their sporting development. Fitness Energy uses scientific approaches to youth athlete training to provide evidence-based and individual training programs, accompanied by a mentorship program that provides personal advice to the athletes and their parents.

2. Eligibility.
The Program is intended for youth athletes between the ages of 8 - 25. If the athlete is under the age of 18, their parent or legal guardian must agree to the terms and conditions on behalf of the athlete and take responsibility for payment of the subscription fees. If the athlete is 18 years of age or older, they must agree to the terms and conditions themselves and take responsibility for payment of the subscription fees.

3. Subscription.
To participate in the program, you must sign up for a subscription, which will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

4. Cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [insert contact information]. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining portion of your subscription.

5. Refunds.
Fitness Energy is committed to providing high-quality coaching and mentorship services to youth athletes. However, we understand that our program may not be suitable for everyone. If you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a refund within 6 months of the start of your subscription, provided that you have met the criteria described in our Returns Policy.

6. Returns Policy.
Our Returns Policy, as described above, outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund if you are not satisfied with the program. Please review our Returns Policy carefully before subscribing to the program.


7. Athlete / Trainer meetings.
The Athlete/Trainer meetings are an essential part of the training regime, and its goal is to assist the athlete to get the best development in a safe manner. If you or the athlete's parents do not meet with a trainer, you will not be eligible for a refund.

8. Termination.
Fitness Energy reserves the right to terminate your subscription and participation in the program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. If your subscription is terminated, you will not be eligible for a refund.

9. Modifications.
Fitness Energy may modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to you. Your continued participation in the program after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

10. Changes to the program
We reserve the right to make changes to the program at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website or by other means of communication.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE PROGRAM. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. FITNESS ENERGY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER COSTS OR EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE ATHLETE OR THEIR PARENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM.

13. Governing Law.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Fitness Energy is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
