A comprehensive strength and conditioning program for young athletes looking to make it big in sports. This course will teach the fundamentals of athletic ability, while providing necessary tools and encouragement to continue improving one’s skill set.
A Strength & Conditioning Program targeted at youth athletes interested in becoming successful sports professionals. This program will teach children the fundamentals of athleticism, including fitness and nutrition advice to better prepare them for a future career in sports.
We base our training protocols for junior athletes on the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model. This adaptation focuses primarily on the individual needs of each athlete and their stage of development in order to provide personalized and specialized workouts for all children. Chronological age-based modelling is ineffective, as each child develops at their own pace; you can’t create athletic prowess with traditional techniques when it comes to elite sports.
Recently, Fitness Energy has adapted the long – term athlete development method to determine training programs for young athletes. Rather than follow traditional practices which fail to take into account different developmental rates among children, we took a new route which ensures that every single junior athlete gets what they need without putting too much pressure on them before they are ready.
