Smash is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that combines cardio and strength exercises. It provides a fun and fast-paced workout which will have you sweating as you move through a range of exercises, challenging your strength and your fitness. Exercises are combined to provide a total body workout with timed work sets and short rest breaks in between.
This setting combines cardio and strength into a workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. You can pace yourself and work at your own capacity.
