Our boxing classes are 60 minutes of high intensity cardio, focused on technical boxing skills. It combines boxing skills, core training and strength work. You will work with a variety of equipment including bags, shields, speed balls, focus pads and a variety of extra options.
This setting combines technical skills, footwork drills and will challenge you to improve your skills and fitness. Our #1 priority is correct boxing technique so our focus on safety will keep you working hard and punching safely throughout the session.
Our staff will ensure that your technique remains strong throughout the class to ensure your safe and enjoyable participation.
