As part of our athlete developmental assistance, we offer our athletes access to athletics track training to help our athletes develop their fitness and running technique.
Strength and stability in sports are an extremely important aspect of high perfomrance sport. Additionally, developing proper stability and strength early on enables our athletes to protect themselves from injury to keep them playing.
If you are injured or recently recovered, it is important to exercise and strengthen your body to return to play. Our experienced team are equipped at prescribing safe exercise that works towards bringing the strength and stability back into your body.
At Fitness Energy we understand our athletes have training sessions and games. We know nobody can spend all day at a gym. That is why we take a very flexible programming approach to your training. We offer programs that work with your individual schedule. We offer programming at home that you can undertake without having to come to a gym. you can do these programs at home and still work towards your peak performance.
