    Fitness Energy has no joining or membership fees. You pay for the sessions you have booked for. This is economical for you and there are no-lock in contracts. Your agreement is with your yourself and the appointments we schedule together.

    Do I need to make an appointment?
    Yes. At Fitness Energy our trainers see clients for 30 or 60 minute personal training. We also have a range of classes you are welcome to attend. Class numbers are limited so please call to book. Ph 9876 6800
    I'm not fit - I don't know where to start?
    Congratulations - you have started as you have visited our website. Give us a call or send an email and we will dicuss what your fitness goals are and how we can assist you. We are a friendly personal training studio that has clients ranging from 12yo through to 80+. We cater for all fitness levels, including rehabiliation and sports development.
    What do I need to bring?
    In our FREE Initial assessment you will work with your trainer and do a 30 minute physical assessment. You will discuss your health and fitness goals and together we will formulate a plan to help you achieve success. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and then warm up on the treadmill. Wear comfortable exercise clothes and runners. Please bring a drink bottle and towel.
    I am an athlete and want to improve my skills - how can you help?
    At Fitness Energy we have some very highly qualified personal trainers who will discuss your partiuclar sport and the specific improvements you would like to achieve. Working on targeted muscle groups can make a huge difference to your playing ability. We have worked with many athletes and helped them achieve representative level sport.
    What is Personal Training?
    In your 30 or 60 minute session, you will work 1 on 1 with a personal trainer. Your trainer will have a program tailored to suit your specific requirements. Working 1 on 1 gives you immediate feedback on how you are doing the exercise, as well as having someone to chat to help make your session fun!
    How long is a session?
    Personal training is for 30 or 60 minutes duration. Classes are 60 minutes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your training session to warm up.
    Cancellation Policy
    We always try to accomodate session changes. Please advise us as soon as possible if you need to change your time. If you do not contact us we will have to charge you the scheduled fee.
    Will I always have the same trainer?
    Often you will have the same trainer but if you vary your session times you will have different trainers. All our personal trainers are very well qualified to take your session.
